5Are your products ecological ?
We know how important this is for us as well as for our dear bunnies. We do everything to limit our ecological impact with our products. All our products are vegan and do not contain animal materials, we also strive to offset all the CO2 generated during the transport of packages.

1What payment method do you use ?
You can pay for your order with debit/credit card, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Klarna. We want to offer you the most means of payment so that you feel at home 😁
2I placed an order, but I didn't receive an email, is this normal ?

3Do you offer payment in installments ?
Yes, we've partnered with Klarna, so we can offer you 3 times without fees. Pretty cool isn't it!!!

Service problems

1What if I have a problem with my order ?
If you encounter a problem, we invite you to contact us directly at the following address, do not forget to describe your problem and provide us with your order number.
2I made a mistake in my address, can I change it ?
If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to modify it. I invite you to contact us as soon as possible. If you have received a shipping notification, I advise you to contact the carrier directly for the change of address.
3I would like to change size, is it possible ?
As our stocks are very limited, we may not be able to exchange your item for a different size. For any enquiries, please contact us with your order number and tell us what size you would like in exchange.
4I have not received my order, is this normal ?
It depends on when you ordered! As a reminder, our processing times are on average 24/72 hours and delivery times are 4 to 8 working days. Its deadlines can be extended during periods of high demand, such as the end of year celebrations... If you still have not received your order after 3 weeks, please contact us and we will be happy to check for you. 😁

Refund policy
