Shipping Information

Delivery Time

Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, the responsibility for delivery is transferred to the carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Tracking
All orders include a tracking number when available. Tracking information will be provided once your order has been shipped.
Delays

Lost or Missing Packages
If your tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received your package:
